Chief Mrs Rosalyn Egborge graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Second Class (Hons) Upper Division in Geography and Regional Planning. She obtained a Masters degree in Planning Science from same University in 1975.
Chief MrsEgborge started her working career as a Town Planning Officer at the Ministry of Lands and Housing Benin City. She was Head Planning / Extension and Liaison Division, Rubber Research Institute of Nigeria (RRIN) Iyanomo, Benin City before joining the services of the University of Benin in 1980.
She was Congregation representative on the Governing Council, University of Benin 2008 -2010. She was appointed Ag Registrar of the University of Benin, Benin City (2009,2010) and the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (2012, 2013) by the Governing Council, University of Benin and Mr. President, Federal Republic of Nigeria respectively. She is presently the Registrar, Edwin Clark University, Kiagbodo.
She renders services outside the University notably in these areas:
- Membership of the 5-Man Committee on the Establishment of Polytechnics in Delta State;
- Membership of Delta State Interview Panels for Principal Offices of Polytechnics and the College of Education Agbor.
- Knight of Saint Paul (KSP) of the Catholic Church.
- Paul Harris Fellow/Member, Rotary Club of Benin, Benin City, Edo State.
