Profile of the University Chaplain
The University Chaplain and Lead Pastor of University Chapel, James Ugbede is an Engineer turned a Pastor.
His Passion is Kingdom Expansion and Raising Role Models with special interest in Outreaches, Teens/Youth, Revival, Teaching and Prayer.
He is currently the Pastor and University Chaplain of the Edwin Clark University Chapel (An Interdenominational Church) where he Pastors thousands of majorly young people and the President of His Glory Interdenominational Outreach with the vision to SORT (Souls, Outreach, Revival and Transformative Teachings) and alot of lives now scattered around the world which have been transformed in different areas are testimonies to this to the glory of God alone.
His academic journey pans through, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Delta University of Science and Technology, Ozoro, Niger Delta University, Amassoma, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Baptist College of Theology, Benin, Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomosho and Delta State University, Abraka where he holds various graduate and Post graduate degrees in Engineering, Philosophy, sociology and Theology.
James Ugbede is a trained counselor, Administrator, an Entrepreneur, Life Coach and a creative writer. He loves to work with young people and thrives in the academia been in love with excellence.
