ABOUT THE STUDENTS’ AFFAIRS UNIT

Formation of the Unit: The unit is made up of the Ag. Dean, Hall Wardens, Hostel Administrators, Hall Supervisors, and Porters.

Description of the Unit:

  • Coordinating academic and non-academic affairs of students
  • Assisting in the dissemination of information and enhancing communication between the university, parents, and students
  • Upholding rules and regulations guiding students
  • Preserving the rights and freedom of students and ensuring comfortable accommodations for students within the university community
  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of all hostel staff
  • Liaising with management and government on effective programs that can enhance and evaluate student’s individual growth and collective responsibilities.
