Formation of the Unit: The unit is made up of the Ag. Dean, Hall Wardens, Hostel Administrators, Hall Supervisors, and Porters.
Description of the Unit:
Dr. Otache M. Abel is a dynamic chemist blending organic and industrial chemistry with strong drive toward sustainable and applied research—particularly in regenerative agriculture geared towards food sustainability.
His academic foundation, growing publication record, and high institutional ranking highlight both his scholarly prominence and practical contribution to chemistry in Nigeria. This is evident by his recent award by the Niger Delta Magazine.
Dr. Otache M. Abel is a fellow of the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT) Food and member of Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), Nigeria Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST) etc. He is the current State coordinator NIFST Edo/Delta Chapter.
He has a B.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Organic Chemistry and Ph.D. Organic Chemistry
